The snow started to melt
and the flowers started to bloom.
The little mouse said “I guess the sun got a broom”
The sun got a little warmer
and the fawn started to say
“I think the sun decided that spring would be today”

Winter is for snuggling,
snuggling who we love.
Winter is for cookies,
and coco in a mug.
Winter is for snowmen,
on a really snowy day.
Winter is for Christmas,
when we all get together and play.

Poetry,
The best hiding place in hide and seek,
The big marshmallow on hot cocoa,
The thick, fuzzy socks on my cold feet,
The surprise cookie in my lunchbox,
The new crayons and pencils that are not short and stubby,
The painting that pulls you in and you can’t get out,
The big, fat, fluffy teddy bear that you got when you were only one,
The family that takes care of you too much,
Poetry,
my Imagination,
my Inspiration,
my Creativity.
My view of the world.
